True... every digital system shares that dependency. The difference is that Bitcoin has nodes, miners, and backups distributed across the globe, including in off-grid and renewable setups. If Babylon falls, it’s not the code that disappears first... it’s the central systems. Bitcoin was built to be the last network standing.
Bitcoin mining doesn't really solve complex puzzles, it's simply guessing random numbers to solve an equation
